- To address the challenge of time-constrained customers and enhance the cafe's competitiveness, I devised a user-centric solution for the cafe in particular similar to Zomato:
- Optimized the ordering process for quick and effortless online ordering, minimizing user effort and time required.
- Designed a simple payment flow, offering users a range of secure and convenient payment options to choose from.
- Implemented a comprehensive order tracking system, enabling customers to monitor their orders in real-time.
