– Understood problem statement and made an in-depth user research analysis.
– Conducted a comprehensive competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.
– Created user journey maps, user flow diagrams and drafted USP ideas to draw potential MVP.

– Revamped landing page for reduced bounce rate and customer experience.
